Coldture Plunge All-In-One Residential 1-Year Limited Warranty
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
Coldture Wellness Inc. (“Coldture”) guarantees to the original residential purchaser that the products and component parts are free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to residential use.
Warranty Coverage
Shell Structure – Our All-In-One plunge is warranted against water loss due to defects in the shell, blisters, cracks, or delamination of the interior surface caused by defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of delivery.
Equipment and Controls – This includes the pump, chiller components, heater, sensors, and control system. These are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of delivery.
Plumbing Components – All plumbing components are warranted against leaks caused by defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of delivery.
Water Purification System – The factory-installed system is warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of delivery.
Other Components – All other factory-installed components not specifically mentioned, including frame, jets, diverter valves, lighting systems, filter shield, filter lid, and mechanical components, are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of delivery.
Warranty Limitations
The following are not covered under this Residential Limited Warranty:
● Units located outside of Canada or the United States.
● Coldture is not responsible for freight damage caused by the carrier if reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
● Coldture shall not be liable for any damage resulting from repairs, alterations, or relocation attempts performed by anyone other than an authorized Coldture representative.
● Damage due to neglect,misuse,abuse, improper installation, or failure to follow the owner’s manual instructions.
● Damage resulting from improper water chemistry, or the use of abrasive, unauthorized cleaners or parts.
● Coverage for any insulating cover or items installed after manufacture.
● Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, stains, discoloration, chipping) that does not affect performance.
● Failures due to acts of God (flood, fire, lightning, earthquake, tornado, theft, vandalism, etc.).
● Costs for adjustments, preventive maintenance, or gaining access to components.
● Property damage caused by condensation or installing the All-in-one on a non-waterproof surface.
● Use of a residential All-in-one in commercial settings.
● Does not cover labour, or installation fees.
Voiding the Warranty
The warranty will be void if the All-in-one Plunge is:
● Used in commercial applications without prior written notice and authorization from Coldture.
● Modified, altered, or repaired with non-Coldture parts.
● Not maintained according to the user manual.
● Operated in sub-freezing temperatures without proper winterization.
● Left with stagnant water, or not properly drained during a planned or unplanned power loss for 48–72 hours in temperatures above 3°C.
● Used without changing filters at least every 30 days, or when using a non-Coldture authorized filter.
● Subjected to improper water chemistry resulting in chiller failure.
● Exposed to ice added directly to the tub while running.
● Chiller left not running in below-freezing temperatures.
What Coldture Will Do
Upon verification of eligibility, Coldture will repair or replace the defective component at its discretion. Replacement parts provided under this Limited Warranty will be supplied at no charge. Coldture will cover standard shipping costs for approved warranty replacement parts.
Labor, installation, removal, access, and on-site service costs are not covered under this Limited Warranty unless expressly authorized in writing by Coldture.
The unit owner is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access for repair.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim:
1. Contact the retailer, distributor, or Coldture directly. Via Support ticket form Located on the Coldture Wellness Inc. website https://coldture.com/pages/support-form
2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number or order confirmation).
3. Include a written description of the defect, along with clear photos and/or videos.
4. Include your order number and purchase date.

Upon verification of eligibility, Coldture will repair or replace the defective component. No charge will be applied for warrantied parts . The unit owner is responsible for providing access for the repair.
Limitations on Implied Warranties
This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, relating to Coldture products. No dealer, service agent, or other party is authorized to modify or extend the terms of this warranty. Warranty service must be performed by Coldture or an authorized representative using genuine Coldture parts.
Disclaimers
● Coldture is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including property damage, loss of use, or costs for removal or disposal.
● Liability under this warranty does not exceed the original purchase price of the defective product.
● Coverage begins on the original delivery date and does not extend beyond the stated warranty period.
Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Other rights may vary by province or state. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental/consequential damages.
Governing Law
This Limited All-in Coldture Plunge Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws
of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between Coldture Wellness Inc. and the purchaser with respect to the warranty of the product and supersedes all prior representations or agreements, whether written or oral.
