I am loving this Coldture Chiller & Tub! Quality is great! Really love how deep it is, and the chiller is very quiet. Easy setup, made well, and their customer service is top notch! Would definitely recommend Coldture, and will be purchasing more of their products!
After going through two other cold plunge products that were disasters, I found Coldture's classic tub and chiller pro. What a difference!
The Coldture chiller is high-powered, providing fast cooling. The tub is roomy, sturdy, and well-insulated! The "look" is classy, and it looks appropriate for the deck behind my high-end South Florida home.
The Coldture app allows me to set up a timer so the water is ready for my "first thing in the morning plunge," and I can manage it remotely - eg if I'm heading home from the gym and want to cool the water for an impromptu plunge.
In my previous attempts with other cold plunge products, support was non-existent. By contrast, with Coldture, when I encountered a set-up issue, Coldture's support responded within minutes. When the chat support could not resolve my issue, phone and video support took over within an hour. These guys jumped through hoops to get me up and running. Believe me, the support alone made me a super-fan!

I did quite a bit of research on the best plunge-chiller setups before deciding on this one, including DIY. I am thrilled with my choice. This is a well-conceived, well-constructed chiller. Very happy.
I received my tub and chiller after a lengthy wait. It took a little longer to set up than expected, and the videos and written material have some contradictions. When I found the online manual, it really cleared up my questions.
So far, everything is working perfectly, and the app and scheduling function have been very helpful. The water temperature is exactly what I set it to be based on a pool thermometer that I had from a previous cold plunge experiences.
What I like the most is that having such a good tub and chiller has minimized any reasons not to get my plunges in, as it’s always ready for you—no trips to pick up ice!
