I took advantage of the black Friday sale to get the Coldture chiller pro for my cold plunge tub. I bought it because of the temperature range. It can cool my water to 37° or heat it up to 107°F. I live in Northern Virginia, US so our winters are not as extreme as other parts of the country but we can definitely get our share snow and freezing temperatures so I needed something that would keep my tub from freezing and the Coldture Chiller Pro fit the bill. This unit is beautiful and so very solid. It was easy to set up and I had one question for customer service and they got back to me quickly after I left a voicemail. It also came with free shipping from Canada to the US and this thing weighs 65 pounds so that’s just more added value. Coldture also has their own app which makes it easy to set a schedule, or see what the temperature is and adjust it remotely if I need to. Everything I needed came with the chiller and it was easy to set up.
I’m a very happy customer and definitely recommend Coldture’s ChillerPro.

Great customer service, had a few leaks they sent me out a new hose right away and great tips on keeping the other attachments from dripping. Tub and chiller are working great!
The cold plunge experience is a daily event I look forward to when I’m not traveling. 5 minutes at 52F is a great start to feeling refreshed the remainder of the day. The Coldture chiller/ tub have worked flawlessly since I’ve owned it. I’ve plunged 26x in two months and look forward to many more. The only downside is the app, as it needs some serious work. Otherwise I’ve been happy.
Not that I didn't like my barrel, it was a great start, but the classic is so roomy and easy in and out. And it has been another great transition in my plunging adventure. COLDTURE has made my experience with this way of life so easy and positive. Thanks a bunch. I'll never stop plunging now. I'm hooked!
Super happy with my experience so far ..from Josh at sales to the support team helping me out through the problems I was experiencing during my set up ..once I got it going the plunging experience has been amazing so far a refreshing way to start the day !!! It’s been now about a week that I’ve been plunging and I already feel a huge difference , my energy levels have improved along with my mood , I haven’t been on my bike much this past week but the 2 rides I’ve done felt a lot better before and after the rides

The setup process was seamless—it was delivered to my house, and my handyman and I assembled it effortlessly. When I ran into an issue getting it to work, the support team was amazing. They promptly got on a video call with me, walked me through the troubleshooting process, and had it running in no time.
The barrel itself is lightweight and comfortable, and the instructional videos provided are clear, informative, and easy to follow. I purchased a dozen of these with my new Coldture Chiller Pro. I’ve only owned it a short two weeks but the filter appears to be functioning as intended. The filters may easily be cleaned weekly and I expect them to last at least a month. I believe the filter shipped with the chiller is white and the replacements are blue, but otherwise they’re apparently the same.
Good serviceable barrel tub included with my Coldture chiller purchase. Both inflatable tub and lid maintain pressure and are comfortable to use. I’m 5’11” and 210 lbs. The internal dimensions are sufficient to allow a restful pose with water level reaching my chin, albeit with legs crossed. The black color coupled with the blue bottom is striking. Although I have no plans to travel with mine, I can imagine the tub would be easy to carry in its included backpack. Moving the heavy chiller would be another story.
I never dealt with such personable, thorough and thoughtful customer service. I had some questions regarding the system and only spoke with Josh. He was warm, caring, funny and knowledgeable. He insured that any interaction with the company was seamless and hassle free.
Josh made my experience with coldture a pleasant one and I would suggest that if you’re thinking about getting one to ask to speak to him 👍🏼
I’ve had my Ultra Light Barrell and Chiller combo for four months. The setup was very simple. I found a YouTube video which helped resolve a leak with the inlet/outlet gaskets.
The product itself has been amazing. I’m 5’ 10” and 200 lbs and have no troubles staying submerged to my neck. There is lots of room still. The maintenance has been very simple, it takes no more then 20 minutes per week. The app with timer feature helps have the desired temperature set upon waking. I’ve noticed big improvements since physically in reduction of inflammation. I’ve also noticed changes mentally including decreased anxiety and increased alertness and happiness from the dopamine release immediately after use.
I had issues with the chiller unit within four months. The company arranged a meeting and agreed to replace the unit. No questions asked. All shipping expenses paid. They even sent the new unit immediately so I wasn’t without a unit during the exchange.
