I will have to refrain from the chiller aspect of the review. I just received a new hip so I cannot have a plunge for another two weeks. The mechanics of the set up was easy. The quality of the gear is too notch. Can't wait to sit and chill!
I recently purchased a Coldture cold plunge tub, and it’s been a game-changer for my recovery routine! The setup was incredibly easy, and the tub’s durable design keeps the water consistently cold, even in warm weather. The product is so nice and big enough so that when you step out onto the mat the water stays contained on the mat. The quality is amazing and well worth the money.
We purchsed a Coldture Water Chiller Pro to pair with our cold plunge, and it's been absolutely phenomenal. Super easy and intuitive setup, easy maintenance, and works like a dream. It's been 30-35 degree celcius summer weather in Squamish, BC, and it keeps the water crystal clear and cold to our desired temp (usually 5-6 degrees celcius) even through the hot afternoon sun.
Equal to the quality of the product is the exceptional customer service. Their team is super responsive and help problem solve at a moment's notice (the need for help has all been user error so far! haha).

This is our third chiller and finally we have one that works consistently, doesn’t leak, is efficient, quiet and was super easy set up. Customer service was also amazing. Highly recommend this chiller. I’ve experienced several others that require priming and tinkering. This one has worked beautifully!

Set up. Quality parts, tight fit and finish. Tub is strong! Doesn’t deflect at all with me getting in it. Stoked and using it already. Will be building a gazebo for it soon but awesome accessory to our back deck with hot tub.
I ordered my Coldture Classic and Chiller Pro a few weeks ago. I had a bunch of questions before making what would be a big investment for me and Josh over at Coldture was fantastic, answering everything for me. I wasn’t an easy sell and have looked at a lot of options. I “took the plunge” (yup, sorry, had to!) The tub and chiller arrived and setup was a breeze with easy to follow videos. I set mine up immediately and got it running! First plunge was amazing. I did have an issue with the system, it was outside and snowing and the chiller froze overnight which was my fault and not the fault of the system at all. At the time I didn’t know what had happened because I am part moron so got in touch with the Coldture team and they immediately had me on FaceTime with one of their support team who spent an hour troubleshooting it all with me and got me all sorted. This was on a Sunday. No delays, incredible service and I couldn’t be a happier customer. The chiller is great I have tested it at a range of temperatures and it’s awesome. It’s weatherproof and has been in my outdoor gym here in Toronto since I got it. Super happy and could not give more props to Coldture and the team! Five Big Ones!!!
I love my pro plunge! I thought the novelty might wear off after a week or two but I get in there every day and I just love it!

Bought the Classic + chiller and it’s probably one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. Set up was easy, customer service is awesome and overall I’m very happy with the unit. Go out and buy it, you won’t be disappointed.
Did a ton of research on cold tubs as there is a lot out there and it can be overwhelming. Ended up going with coldture based on the awesome reviews and speaking with a few people who had units themselves. Super happy with my purchase, process was very easy and it’s everything I expected plus more. My body feels absolutely incredible since I bought it and 100% recommend anyone who’s looking for a plunge to go with Coldture. You won’t be disappointed
So I’ve been using the cold plunge for a little over a week and think I’m slightly addicted. The feeling once you get out is so good you want to do it every day. Aches and pains be gone. I love COLDTURE!
Perfect way to start the day. I only have the tub, but so far its been holding a consistent temperature. Would 10/10 reccommend to anyone looking to get into cold therapy
Bought this to replace my Spartan Willpower tub and chiller after it leaked and couldn’t be repaired. Fed up I searched Canadian made cold tubs and ended up going with Coldture.
The fit and finish of the tub and chiller are incredible. Every last thing was taken into consideration. Zip up neoprene sleeves for the water lines, hand tightening hose attachments versus multiple brass threadings like other brands.
Unit has super sleek appearance and the installation of everything just leaves you saying wow.
On top of that absolutely incredible customer service.
One thing I loved was the shipping for the chiller originated in Canada. Not like Shinzou, China like my last chiller.
I received my chiller and plunge and it was super easy to setup and it's been amazing to have consistent water temps when I plunge in the mornings! This has been a great buy for sure.
I recently got the Coldture Cold Plunge Pro-Plunge, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The design is super sleek and modern, really adds a cool vibe to my outdoor space.
The setup was a total breeze. I opted for the white glove delivery, and they took care of everything. They showed up, unboxed it, set it up, and made sure everything was good to go.
No stress at all. Overall, it looks great and was super easy to get up and running! Definitely recommend it if you're thinking about a cold plunge.
The Pro-Plunge seems like a good unit - here is where you can make it great:
1. On delivery, provide a link to get set up and running - a quick guide SPECIFICALLY for the unit purchased/delivered, in this case the pro-plunge. I had to search online youtube videos to figure out error codes and how to overcome. If i had a step by step guide - I wouldn't have had any issues.
2. Now that i've purchased a pro-plunge, i do not need any more promo emails to purchase a coldture plunge unit.
3. If you wish to send me maintenance tips, tricks and such - please ONLY send them to me for the pro-plunge. I don't need to know how to maintain the units I did not purchase - only confuses me.
4. With the shipment of the filters, I received some chlorine pucks - what are these for? where would I place them? do I need them? Healthy skin doesn't need a daily application of chlorine, or does it?
5. Use it every day I can - it's lovely and makes my day!
6. If you can make it a little quieter, that'd be a plus.
Firstly I am very happy with the product, barrel plus chiller. Tub is great, chiller works well heating the tub from 1 celcius to 11 in just over 2 hours. I had a couple of set up challenges, the instruction videos seem to cover the tub and the chiller as 2 separate things. There is no video showing how to link the 2 together
J'adore mon Pro Plunge .Esthétiquement il est magnifique mais sa plus grande qualité est de garder la température de mon bain à la température désiré et l’eau est toujours super claire grâce au sytème de filtration à l’ozone et le filtre . Le seul point négatif est le bruit que fait le compresseur mais avec la minuterie incorporé je le fais fonctionner seulement la nuit et l’eau au matin est toujours claire et à la bonne température.
