If you choose "Curb Side Delivery" your Pro Plunge will be delivered to your 'driveway' / at your home. Not inside or in the backyard.
If you choose "White Glove Delivery" Service
The delivery crew will notify you 24-72 hours before arrival to schedule a day and time. They will place it anywhere at the ground level of your location, take your Plunge out of the box and remove all packing materials. They will not set it up, but it's super easy! Plug it into your standard wall outlet, fill the water and turn it on. Please refer to the Help Center for setup instructions and assistance.

If you are in the market to purchase a plunge tub here are some details for you:
Daniel and Michael the 2 founders of Coldture return emails and phone calls and were a huge help dealing with our health authority to get our approvals. They are 2 guys who care a lot about their customers and worked with me on evenings and weekends to get thru our process with the health authority.
I have had the tubs for 5 weeks and they call me to check in on the operation and how things are going.
I am not someone to speak unkindly about other companies, but I was in the middle of purchasing another brand of tub and I couldn't get responses that I needed for my health authority. Then we saw the chlorine dispenser and the beautiful tubs of Coldture and reached out. These guys worked with us every step of the way to get approvals, expedited shipping and we actually had our tubs arrive when they said they would. I cannot speak more highly of our cold plunge partner - as a business owner I hope to replicate the customer service and heart these guys show. They are passionate about wellness and getting cold plunges out in communities to help combat the mental health epidemic.

I love my pro plunge! I thought the novelty might wear off after a week or two but I get in there every day and I just love it!
I recently got the Coldture Cold Plunge Pro-Plunge, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The design is super sleek and modern, really adds a cool vibe to my outdoor space.
The setup was a total breeze. I opted for the white glove delivery, and they took care of everything. They showed up, unboxed it, set it up, and made sure everything was good to go.
No stress at all. Overall, it looks great and was super easy to get up and running! Definitely recommend it if you're thinking about a cold plunge.
The Pro-Plunge seems like a good unit - here is where you can make it great:
1. On delivery, provide a link to get set up and running - a quick guide SPECIFICALLY for the unit purchased/delivered, in this case the pro-plunge. I had to search online youtube videos to figure out error codes and how to overcome. If i had a step by step guide - I wouldn't have had any issues.
2. Now that i've purchased a pro-plunge, i do not need any more promo emails to purchase a coldture plunge unit.
3. If you wish to send me maintenance tips, tricks and such - please ONLY send them to me for the pro-plunge. I don't need to know how to maintain the units I did not purchase - only confuses me.
4. With the shipment of the filters, I received some chlorine pucks - what are these for? where would I place them? do I need them? Healthy skin doesn't need a daily application of chlorine, or does it?
5. Use it every day I can - it's lovely and makes my day!
6. If you can make it a little quieter, that'd be a plus.

Absolutely. Our systems are portable, so you can use them wherever you like. All you need is a power socket, and you’re good to go! Our chiller units are not to be left outside below -10° C. If this advice is not followed, then the warranty will be discontinued.
