does it need special wiring?
each device runs on a standard 100-240V outlet. no electrician required. however, when using both devices together as the 360 system, each device must be plugged into a separate circuit. do not plug both devices into the same outlet, power bar, or extension cord. each device draws up to 1,650W and running both on a single circuit will overload it. two separate wall outlets on two separate circuits. if you are unsure whether your outlets are on different circuits, consult an electrician before first use.
how much space does it need?
approximately 1,924 × 900mm (6.3 × 3 feet) of floor space, plus 600mm clearance on each side for airflow and access. vertical clearance of 1,275mm (4.2 feet) from the bed surface to the top of the xtreme stand.
can I use the two devices separately?
yes. the bed works as a standalone lay-down system. the xtreme works as a standalone vertical panel on its included stand. together they create 360° coverage. apart they can serve two different rooms or two different uses.
do I need to buy both at once?
no. you can start with either the bed ($20,500) or the xtreme ($9,999) and add the other later. the 360 recovery system bundle ($26,999) saves $3,500 if you buy both together.
what kind of maintenance is involved?
minimal. wipe down with a damp microfiber cloth between sessions. no filters, no water, no chemicals. do not use alcohol or chemical cleaning agents on the LED lens. LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours of use without replacement.

what's the warranty and support?

do I need eye protection?
yes. protective goggles are included with both the bed and the xtreme. wear them during every session. avoid looking directly into the LEDs.
how long do the LEDs last?
the LEDs are rated for approximately 50,000 hours. under normal daily use, they should not require replacement during the lifetime of the device.
what app do I use to control it?
the INFRALIGHT app, available on the App Store and Google Play. connect via Bluetooth. each device appears as a separate connection. you can control them independently through the app or use group mode through the touchscreen.
