I couldn't be any more impressed with the quality of this cold plunge setup. I'm a single dude, so I have this in my kitchen area where normal people might put a table. As you can see by one of the images I included, the unit does, in fact, reach 37° F (American here), and I keep it at that temperature so it only runs for a little bit. When it reaches 38° F, it kicks on and drops the water temperature back to my preferred setting.
I've been taking cold showers for a few years, and let me say, this is nothing like that; it's insane! It isn't easy, but it's definitely worth it. By focusing heavily on steady breathing, I managed ~5 minutes at 37° this morning after only my third time using it. On day one, I could barely last a minute and a half. The feeling you have after you get out is absolutely indescribable... you just have to experience it yourself.
In addition to the quality of the product, I'm every bit as impressed with Coldture as a company. Everyone I've spoken to (mostly Josh in Sales) has been extremely professional and courteous. In this day and age, it's incredibly refreshing to do business with a company that answers when you call, responds when you write, and bends over backwards to ensure a positive customer experience. Most company's could take a page or two out of Coldture's book.
Lastly, I'd suggest it's important to keep in mind that this isn't a small investment, it's a massive investment... in your health and well being. The benefits of cold plunge are widely known and promoted by experts in the field like Dr. Andrew Huberman, Dr. Rhonda Patrick, and Dr. Suzanna Søberg. There is a significant and growing body of evidence-based, mainstream science, which support the concept that cold plunge, sauna, and contrast therapy are exceptional health and wellness tools. I strongly encourage anyone reading this who may be on the fence to do your own research and see what the experts have to say.

As a triathlete suffering from Achilles tendinosis, I was seeking a proven, non-evasive treatment to accelerate the natural healing process. In comparison to muscles, tendons take much longer to heal due to a lack of adequate blood supply.
In the first 2 weeks of using my red-light panel, twice a day for 10 minutes per session, the pain and inflammation in my right Achilles tendon was eliminated allowing me to return to cycling and rowing.

After becoming addicted to cold plunging we decided to upgrade to one with chiller! No more making ice cubes for us! What a great decision, as we are so pleased with this product from Coldture! It is high quality, easy to set up and as promised they have a very dedicated support team. We did our research and went with this Canadian company and are so happy with our decision. You don’t need chemicals that some companies catch you up with their recurring payments with a maintenance program, that you actually can’t decline at the checkout online, which was going to be 200$ every 3 months. I was sceptical that I could cancel afterwards and became distrustful of this company. So in conclusion GO WITH COLDTURE, with confidence and know they will be there, live on the phone if you need them. And scan the code on the direction booklet right away and it leads you to all the step by step set up videos. And the size was generous for our tall 6’ family, and was high enough and yet didn’t take up too much deck space. Oh and we received our tub within a week to PEI, which can take longer! Coldture 100% for us!
Very happy with our Coldture Hybrid sauna. Looks great, functions well, sound system is excellent and the lighting varies for reading and relaxing. Customer service is responsive and helpful. Glad we chose the White Glove delivery and installation.
