Coldture Wellness Inc.
Red Light Therapy Device(s): Covered by a limited residential warranty, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined in this policy. Certain red light devices may be approved for commercial use and be covered under a separate or extended commercial warranty where applicable.
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
Coldture Wellness Inc. (“Coldture”) guarantees to the original residential purchaser that Coldture Red Light Therapy devices and their component parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period from the original date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
Device Housing – Your Coldture Red Light Therapy device is warranted against functional failure due to defects in the housing, including cracks, warping, or delamination caused by defects in materials or workmanship for the applicable warranty period from the date of delivery.
Equipment and Controls – This includes LEDs, control panels, power supplies, sensors, and other electronic components. All are warranted against malfunction caused by defects in materials or workmanship for the applicable warranty period from the date of delivery.
Other Components – All other factory-installed components not specifically mentioned, including stands, mounts, and mechanical assemblies, are warranted against malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship for the applicable warranty period from the date of delivery.
Warranty Periods:
● Modular Devices (panels, mounted systems): Two-year limited warranty with a thirty-day return period. Restocking fees apply.
● Portable Devices (e.g., table or face units): One-year limited warranty with a thirty-day return period. Restocking fees apply.
Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
● Units located outside of the country of original purchase.
● Built-In Red Light Therapy Equipment in Our Saunas
● Damage caused during shipping or transportation.
● Damage caused by repairs, modifications, or alterations attempted by anyone other than an authorized Coldture technician.
● Damage due to misuse, neglect, abuse, improper installation, or failure to follow the user manual.
● Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance (scratches, discoloration, or minor dents).
● Damage caused by natural disasters, theft, or vandalism.
● Costs for preventive maintenance, adjustments, or access to components. ● Damage caused by liquid exposure, storage issues, or improper use.
Voiding the Warranty
This warranty will be void if the device is:
● Used in commercial or institutional applications without prior written authorization from Coldture.
● Modified with non-Coldture parts or connected to non-authorized accessories. ● Not maintained according to the user manual.
● Returned without proof of purchase.
● Exposed to conditions outside the recommended temperature, humidity, or power specifications.
What We Will Do
Upon verification of eligibility, Coldture will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective device or component that has been installed, used, and maintained in accordance with Coldture’s specifications and applicable electrical requirements during the applicable warranty period.
Replacement parts provided under this Limited Warranty will be supplied at no charge. Coldture will cover standard ground shipping costs for approved warranty replacement parts unless otherwise specified.
Replacement parts may differ from the original components in design, finish, or materials and may include new or refurbished components of equal or greater functionality at Coldture’s discretion.
If repair or replacement is not feasible, Coldture may, at its sole discretion: (a) reimburse the original purchase price of the defective product upon its return; or (b) provide a replacement device of equivalent functionality.
Labor, service call fees, transportation, installation, mounting, removal, modification, disposal, and access-related costs are not covered under this Limited Warranty unless expressly authorized in writing by Coldture.
The owner is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access for inspection and repair. Coldture shall not be responsible for damage to walls, mounting surfaces, electrical systems, or other property arising from installation, removal, or replacement.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim:
1. Contact the retailer, distributor, or Coldture directly. Via Support ticket form Located on the Coldture Wellness Inc. website

2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number or order confirmation).
3. Include a written description of the defect, along with clear photos and/or videos.
4. Include your order number and purchase date.
5. When making a warranty claim for a device, the original shipping box should be used for return shipment. If the original box is unavailable, Coldture can supply a replacement shipping box at the customer’s expense. The cost of the replacement box and related shipping fees will vary depending on the customer’s location and will be determined at Coldture’s sole discretion. Coldture reserves the right to delay or deny return shipment until appropriate packaging is secured.
Upon verification of eligibility, Coldture will repair or replace the defective component. No charge will be applied for parts; labor may be included at Coldture’s discretion. The device owner is responsible for providing access for the repair.
Limitations on Implied Warranties
This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, relating to Coldture Red Light Therapy devices. No dealer, service agent, or other party is authorized to modify or extend the terms of this warranty. Warranty service must be performed by Coldture or an authorized representative using genuine Coldture parts.
Disclaimers
Coldture is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including property damage, loss of use, or costs for removal or disposal. Liability under this warranty does not exceed the original purchase price of the defective product. Coverage begins on the original delivery date and does not extend beyond the stated warranty period.
Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Other rights may vary by province or state. Some provinces/states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental/consequential damages.
Governing Law
This Limited Residential Red Light Therapy Device Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between Coldture Wellness Inc. and the purchaser with respect to the warranty of the product and supersedes all prior representations or agreements, whether written or oral.
