Coldture Wellness Inc. 

Portable Units Residential 1-Year Limited Warranty Effective Date: March 1, 2026 

Coldture Wellness Inc. (“Coldture”) guarantees to the original residential purchaser that Coldture portable units and their component parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of delivery. This warranty applies only to residential use

Warranty Coverage 

Unit Housing – Your Coldture portable unit (including Chillers and Cold Tubs) is warranted against functional failure due to defects in the housing, including blisters, cracks, or delamination of the exterior surface caused by defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. 

Equipment and Controls – This includes pumps, chiller components, heaters, sensors, and control systems. All are warranted against malfunctions caused by defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. 

Plumbing Components – All plumbing components are warranted against leaks due to defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. 

Water Purification Systems – Any factory-installed purification system is warranted against malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. 

Other Components – All other factory-installed components not specifically mentioned, including the base, inlet/outlet grills, and mechanical components, are warranted against malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. 

Warranty Limitations 

This Residential Limited Warranty does not cover

● Units located outside of Canada or the United States. 

● Freight damage caused by the carrier.

● If the claimant is not the original purchaser, the claim shall be deemed invalid. ● Damage caused by repairs or alterations attempted by anyone other than an authorized Coldture representative. 

● Damage due to neglect,misuse,abuse, improper installation, or failure to follow the owner’s manual instructions. 

● Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance (scratches, stains, discoloration, chipping). 

● Damage from acts of God, including theft, vandalism, fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, tornado, or hurricane. 

● Costs for adjustments, preventive maintenance, or gaining access to components. ● Property damage caused by condensation or improper placement of the unit. 

Voiding the Warranty 

This warranty will be void if the unit is: 

● Used in commercial applications without prior written notice and authorization from Coldture. 

● Connected or modified with non-Coldture parts or attached to a tub not manufactured by Coldture without prior approval from Coldture 

● Not maintained according to the owner’s manual. 

● Left with stagnant water, or not properly drained during a planned or unplanned power loss for 48–72 hours in temperatures above 3°C. 

● Not connected to the Coldture App or firmware not kept up to date. 

● Used without changing filters at least every 30 days, or when using a non-Coldture authorized filter. 

● Water chemistry is not maintained according to Coldture protocols, causing unit failure. ● Chiller left not running in below-freezing temperatures.

 

What We Will Do

Upon verification of eligibility, Coldture will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component. Replacement parts provided under this Limited Warranty will be supplied at no charge, and Coldture will cover standard ground shipping costs for approved warranty replacement parts. 

Labor, service call fees, installation, removal, access-related costs, and on-site service expenses are not covered under this Limited Warranty unless expressly authorized in writing by Coldture. 

If repair or replacement is not feasible, Coldture may, at its discretion, reimburse the original purchase price of the defective product in exchange for its return. 

Replacement parts may not be identical and may include new or refurbished components of equal or greater functionality. 

The unit owner is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access for inspection and repair. 

How to Make a Warranty Claim 

To make a claim: 

1. Contact the retailer, distributor, or Coldture directly. Via Support ticket form Located on the Coldture Wellness Inc. website

2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number or order confirmation).

3. Include a written description of the defect, along with clear photos and/or videos.

4. Include your order number and purchase date.

5. When making a warranty claim for a Chiller or Chiller Pro unit, the original shipping box must be used for the return shipment. If the original box is unavailable, Coldture can supply a replacement shipping box at the customer’s expense. The cost of the replacement box and related shipping fees will vary depending on the customer’s location and will be determined at Coldture’s sole discretion. Coldture reserves the right to delay or deny return shipment until appropriate packaging is secured.

Upon verification of eligibility, Coldture will repair or replace the defective component. No charge will be applied for parts; labor may be included at Coldture’s discretion. The unit owner is responsible for providing access for the repair. 

Limitations on Implied Warranties 

This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, relating to Coldture products. No dealer, service agent, or other party is authorized to modify or extend the terms of this warranty. Warranty service must be performed by Coldture or an authorized representative using genuine Coldture parts. 

Disclaimers 

● Coldture is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including property damage, loss of use, or costs for removal or disposal. 

● Liability under this warranty does not exceed the original purchase price of the defective product. 

● Coverage begins on the original delivery date and does not extend beyond the stated warranty period. 

Legal Rights 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Other rights may vary by province or state. Some provinces/states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental/consequential damages. 

Governing Law 

This Limited Portable Coldture unit Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

Entire Agreement 

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Coldture Wellness Inc. and the purchaser with respect to the warranty of the product and supersedes all prior representations or agreements, whether written or oral.
