Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty (Indoor Sauna) Effective Date: March 1, 2026
Coldture Wellness Inc. (“Coldture”) warrants to the original purchaser via that the Coldture Sauna (“Sauna”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and maintenance for the period stated below, beginning from the date of delivery.
This Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty is extended only to the original owner and is non-transferable to subsequent owners, Unless purchased through one of our authorized resellers.
Warranty Coverage
1 Years – All Components (Including Heater,Red light, and infrared)
This warranty covers all major components of the Coldture Sauna, including the heater, red light, and infrared (if applicable), for a period of One (1) years from the date of delivery.
Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
● Labor costs associated with repair, replacement, or reinstallation.
● Normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, failure to conduct routine maintenance as provided in the User Manual, abuse, negligence, or improper use.
● Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance or safety (e.g., scratches, Sweat stains,water marks, discoloration, chipping, or minor surface imperfections).
● Failures caused by external causes or acts of God, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, storm, or other natural disasters.
● Costs of adjustments, inspections, or preventive maintenance.
● Heating elements, as they are considered consumable parts.
● Damage resulting from improper assembly of the sauna, including any failure to follow the instructions outlined in the User Manual or failure to use an authorized Coldture installer, is not covered under warranty.
● Overnight or expedited freight and special shipping costs for replacement part(s). ● Any liability exceeding the original purchase price of the Sauna.
Voiding the Warranty
This warranty will be void under any of the following circumstances:
● Use of third-party or non-Coldture replacement parts. (Coldture will provide genuine replacement parts free of charge during the warranty period.)
● Failure to place the sauna heater rocks according to the directions provided in the manual.
● Failure to disclose commercial use will void all warranty coverage, including coverage for parts, labour, and service. Coldture reserves the right to request proof of intended use at any time.
● Failure to install the Sauna on a flat, solid, and stable surface.
● Failure to follow the installation and assembly instructions in the User Manual. ● Modifications to the size, structure, materials, or design of the Sauna. ● Alterations to the heater’s performance, output, or electrical configuration. ● Tampering with or modifying the thermometer, thermostat, or control system.
● Repairs or attempted repairs to the heater or electrical wiring performed by someone who is not a licensed electrician or authorized service provider.
● Placing, pouring, or applying any material or substance other than tap water on the sauna heater rocks is not permitted. Avoid drenching or pouring excessive amounts of water on the rocks.
● Mounting or placing any object or accessory within 24 inches (60 cm) of the heater.
● Failure to connect the heater to a dedicated electrical circuit that matches the amperage and specifications outlined in the user manual.
What Coldture Will Do
Upon verification of eligibility, Coldture will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective component or product that has been installed, used, and maintained in accordance with Coldture’s specifications and applicable electrical and building codes during the applicable warranty period.
Replacement parts provided under this Limited Warranty will be supplied at no charge. Coldture will cover standard ground shipping costs for approved warranty replacement parts unless otherwise specified.
Replacement parts may differ from the original components in design, finish, or materials and may include new or refurbished parts of equal or greater functionality at Coldture’s discretion.
If repair or replacement is not feasible, Coldture may, at its sole discretion: (a) reimburse the original purchase price of the defective product upon its return; or (b) provide a replacement Sauna of equivalent size and functionality.
Labor, service call fees, travel expenses, installation, assembly, removal, modification, disposal, and access-related costs are not covered under this Limited Warranty unless expressly authorized in writing by Coldture.
The owner is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access for inspection and repair. Coldture shall not be responsible for any electrical modifications, structural alterations, property damage, downtime, or consequential losses arising from repair or replacement.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim:
1. Contact the retailer, distributor, or Coldture directly. Via Support ticket form Located on the Coldture Wellness Inc. website

2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number or order confirmation).
3. Include a written description of the defect, along with clear photos and/or videos.
4. Include your order number and purchase date.

Warranty claims can only be submitted by the original purchaser. If you are not the original purchaser, you must provide valid proof of purchase to verify ownership before any warranty service can be processed.
To obtain warranty service, you must contact Coldture as soon as possible after the defect is discovered and take all reasonable measures to prevent further damage.
Limitations on Implied Warranties
This Limited Warranty replaces and is in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, relating to Coldture products.
Warranty service must be performed by Coldture or an authorized representative using genuine Coldture parts. An exception applies only if written permission has been granted by Coldture to perform the service using alternate arrangements.
Disclaimer
No person, dealer, service agent, or other entity is authorized to modify, extend, or alter the terms of this warranty.
Any implied warranties permitted by the laws of Ontario shall be limited in duration to the express warranty period stated herein.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
Coldture’s sole liability under this warranty shall be limited to replacement, repair, or reimbursement as stated above.
Coldture shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to:
● Injury or property damage
● Loss of use or enjoyment
● Costs of disconnection, dismantling, reinstallation, or disposal
● Delays in repair or replacement
● Damage to the location where the Sauna was installed
The maximum liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Sauna.
Legal Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by province or state.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limits on implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Governing Law
This Limited Sauna Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between Coldture Wellness Inc. and the purchaser with respect to the warranty of the product and supersedes all prior representations or agreements, whether written or oral.
