Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty (Outdoor Sauna) Effective Date: March 1, 2026
Coldture Wellness Inc. (“Coldture”) warrants to the original purchaser that the Coldture Outdoor Sauna (including Outdoor Sauna Pro and Outdoor Sauna Xtreme) (the “Sauna”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and maintenance for the period stated below, beginning from the date of delivery.
This Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty is extended only to the original owner and is non-transferable, unless the Sauna was purchased through one of Coldture’s authorized resellers.
Warranty Coverage
● One (1) Year – Coverage for the HUUM heater and HUUM Wi-Fi remote control (manufacturer components)
● Five (5) Years – Coverage applies to the sauna shell, including all benches and fixed fixtures
This warranty covers all major components of the Coldture Outdoor Sauna, including the heater, Wi-Fi control system, and sauna shell (if applicable), subject to the terms and exclusions outlined below.
Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
● Labor costs associated with inspection, repair, replacement, reinstallation, or service. ● Normal wear and tear.
● Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper use, or failure to perform routine maintenance as outlined in the User Manual.
● Cosmetic damage that does not affect the performance or safety of the Sauna, including but not limited to scratches, sweat stains, water marks, discoloration, dents, chipping, or minor surface imperfections.
● Failures or damage caused by external forces or acts of God, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, windstorm, hurricane, or other natural disasters.
● Costs related to adjustments, inspections, or normal preventive maintenance. ● Heating elements and sauna stones, which are considered consumable components. ● Damage resulting from improper assembly or installation of the Sauna, including failure
to follow the instructions in the User Manual or failure to use an authorized Coldture installer.
● Damage caused by improper electrical supply or failure to meet the dedicated circuit requirements specified in the User Manual.
● Overnight, expedited, or special freight shipping costs for replacement parts. ● Any liability exceeding the original purchase price of the Sauna.
Voiding the Warranty
This Limited Warranty will be void under any of the following circumstances:
● Use of third-party or non-Coldture replacement parts.
(Coldture will provide genuine replacement parts at no charge during the applicable warranty period.)
● Failure to install sauna heater stones in accordance with the instructions provided in the User Manual.
● If the full purchase price of the sauna has been refunded in full
● Failure to disclose commercial or non-residential use. Any commercial use voids all warranty coverage, including parts, labor, and service. Coldture reserves the right to request proof of intended use at any time.
● Failure to install the Sauna on a flat, solid, and stable surface.
● Failure to follow all installation, assembly, or electrical instructions outlined in the User Manual.
● Modifications or alterations to the size, structure, materials, or design of the Sauna. ● Alterations to the heater’s performance, output, or electrical configuration. ● Tampering with or modifying the thermometer, thermostat, control panel, or control system.
● Repairs or attempted repairs to the heater or electrical wiring performed by anyone other than a licensed electrician or authorized service provider.
● Placing, pouring, or applying any material or substance other than clean tap water on the sauna heater stones, including excessive water application.
● Mounting or placing any object or accessory within 24 inches (60 cm) of the heater. ● Failure to connect the heater to a dedicated electrical circuit that meets the voltage, amperage, and breaker requirements specified in the User Manual.
What Coldture Will Do
Upon verification of eligibility, Coldture will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective component or product that has been installed, used, and maintained in accordance with Coldture’s specifications and applicable electrical and building codes during the applicable warranty period.
Replacement parts provided under this Limited Warranty will be supplied at no charge. Coldture will cover standard ground shipping costs for approved warranty replacement parts unless otherwise specified.
Replacement parts may differ from the original components in design, finish, or materials and may include new or refurbished components of equal or greater functionality.
If repair or replacement is not feasible, Coldture may, at its sole discretion: (a) reimburse the original purchase price of the defective product upon its return; or (b) provide a replacement Sauna of equivalent size and functionality.
Labor, service call fees, transportation, installation, assembly, removal, modification, disposal, and access-related costs are not covered under this Limited Warranty unless expressly authorized in writing by Coldture.
The owner is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access for inspection and repair. Coldture shall not be responsible for any property damage, electrical modifications, structural alterations, downtime, or consequential losses arising from repair or replacement.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim:
1. Contact the retailer, distributor, or Coldture directly. Via Support ticket form Located on the Coldture Wellness Inc. website

2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number or order confirmation).
3. Include a written description of the defect, along with clear photos and/or videos.
4. Include your order number and purchase date.

Warranty claims may only be submitted by the original purchaser. If you are not the original purchaser, valid proof of ownership must be provided before warranty service can be considered.
Upon discovery of a defect, you must contact Coldture as soon as possible and take all reasonable measures to prevent further damage.
Limitations on Implied Warranties
This Limited Warranty replaces and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Warranty service must be performed by Coldture or an authorized service representative using genuine Coldture parts, unless written authorization is provided by Coldture for alternate arrangements.
Disclaimer
No person, dealer, distributor, service agent, or other entity is authorized to modify, extend, or alter the terms of this Limited Warranty.
Any implied warranties permitted by the laws of Ontario shall be limited in duration to the express warranty periods stated herein.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
Coldture’s sole liability under this Limited Warranty shall be limited to repair, replacement, or reimbursement as described above.
Coldture shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to:
● Personal injury or property damage
● Loss of use or enjoyment
● Costs of disconnection, dismantling, reinstallation, or disposal
● Delays in repair or replacement
● Damage to the location where the Sauna was installed
The maximum liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Sauna.
Legal Rights
This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by province or state.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations on incidental or consequential damages or limitations on implied warranties, so certain provisions may not apply to you.
Governing Law
This Limited Sauna Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between Coldture Wellness Inc. and the purchaser with respect to the warranty of the product and supersedes all prior representations or agreements, whether written or oral.
